I offer two types of fitness classes (see below) and all my fitness classes are on a “pay what you can” basis. These are tough times so if you enjoy class and can afford to throw a $5, $10, $20, etc… that is great. This is how I make my living so whatever you can is appreciated. TA Foundational Strength & Mobility Classes are at 6:30pm CST Monday and Wednesday evenings. This class will consist of a combination of movement flows, passive, dynamic and active stretching, and weak point training. These movements can help to prevent injuries and enhance your other weekly workouts, along with making you feel great after class. Every mobility restriction you have can increase your chance of injury so it helps to be working towards eliminating them as much as possible. TA Bodyweight Strength Classes are at 6:30pm Thursday and 10:00am CST Saturday mornings. This class will be a full body workout with intervals, no equipment will be required or we may use household items. During the rest periods or cool-downs we will do mobility work to stay healthy and injury free. Please contact me for the Zoom link: email@example.com
