I offer two types of online fitness classes and a video subscription service:
TA Foundational Strength & Mobility Classes are at 6:30pm Monday and Wednesday evenings and Fridays at noon CST. This class will consist of a combination of movement flows, passive, dynamic and active stretching, and weak point training. These movements can help to prevent injuries and enhance your other weekly workouts, along with making you feel great after class. Every mobility restriction you have can increase your chance of injury so it helps to be working towards eliminating them as much as possible. TA Bodyweight Strength Classes are at 6:30pm Thursday and 10:00am CST Saturday mornings. This class will be a full body workout with intervals, no equipment will be required or we may use household items. During the rest periods or cool-downs we will do mobility work to stay healthy and injury free. Please book your class using the book appointment link at the bottom of this page.
Here’s how my classes work in the TA4 System:
- Take the TA4 Assessment.
- Book your classes based on your availability each week and your assessment scores.
- Hit your nutritional macro goals, get proper sleep and see results!
- We retake the Ta4 Assessment every 3 to 6 months to show progress!
