Learning to breathe better is something I feel everyone can benefit from, and yes I mean everyone. It may sound boring and simple but challenging your breathing with breath holds and other techniques (done properly) is a game changer. It has so many benefits: improved oxygen delivery to your tissues, better focus and metal performance, reduce anxiety/stress, sleep better, improve fitness/delay lactic and fatigue, strengthen respiratory muscles/core, and more!
The benefits almost sound too good to be true but are possible if you put in the work. For me personally, I never even knew how poorly I breathed and all the benefits to proper breathing until I took this course, definitely eye opening. Its one of the best things I’ve done for my own health goals and my personal training clients are loving it too.
