I offer two types of online fitness classes!
TA Mobility & Foundational Strength Classes are at 6:30pm Monday and Wednesday evenings and Fridays at noon CST. This class will consist of a combination of movement flows, passive, dynamic and active stretching, and weak point training. These movements can help to prevent injuries and enhance your other weekly workouts, along with making you feel great after class. Every mobility restriction you have can increase your chance of injury so it helps to be working towards eliminating them as much as possible. Please send me an email which class you’d like to attend and I’ll get you booked! First class is free!
TA Bodyweight Strength Classes are at 6:30pm Thursday and 10:00am CST Saturday mornings. This class will be a full body workout with intervals, no equipment will be required or we may use household items. During the rest periods or cool-downs we will do mobility work to stay healthy and injury free. Please send me an email of which class you’d like to attend and I’ll get you booked! First class is free!
