I run online mobility classes via Zoom!
TA Mobility & Foundational Strength Classes are at 6:30pm Monday and Wednesday evenings. This class will consist of a combination of movement flows, passive, dynamic and active stretching, and weak point training. These movements can help to prevent injuries and enhance your other weekly workouts, along with making you feel great after class. Every mobility restriction you have can increase your chance of injury so it helps to be working towards eliminating them as much as possible.
